iPhone Face ID的電路非常精密，內有很多微細電子零件，當唔小心受到碰撞時，有機會導致電路板印刷上電路斷線，令Face ID不能使用，此時需要找出斷線的線路，進行飛線修復。而入水會導致TrueDeother相機元件出現受潮，短路的情況而令Face ID 失靈。



當你部 iPhone 既Face ID 無法使用時，可以跟以下步驟嘗試，如果做完之後都用唔到，就是iPhone 原深感測鏡頭故障或底板斷線，需要尋找我們維修。
  1. 檢查更新 確保你的iPhone 已更新至最新版本的iOS。
